I’m Adam, I’m a 30 year old Kiwi living in Australia. I have been living in Sydney for 2 years and I moved to follow my passion in fitness and personal training - after going through my own weight loss journey of 20kg.
What I love about fitness and my job is making people feel confident in the gym and in their own skin by feeling strong and powerful - by learning the best techniques, tips and tricks to help you get the most out of your journey!
